Departing from Milan the highway A4 is crossed up to Trieste, Slovenia is crossed for some kilometros and it reaches the border with the Croatia, here we continues for Brestova where it embarks us on a ferry of the Jadrolinija (www.jadrolinija.hr) that brings, in about 30 minutes, on the island of Losinj. We have booked in internet an apartment of a privacy in the place of Mali Losinj, through the agency, (www.cappelli-tourist.hr). From the point in which we are disembarked, to be able to reach our destination, has crossed the whole south island north, the landscape that introduced to our eyes it was type the Mediterranean stain of Sardinia, vegetation low and very more green.

Arrived to Mali Losinj, has withdrawn the keys of the apartment from the agency and has reached the house, very beautiful!! Just as was introduced in internet, in anymore the landlady she has been really kind and available during our stay. Have remained nine days and have had nine days of sun, fantastic!!

Mali Losinj is a small country of sea, situated inside a bay disposition, very characteristic with its small colored cottages of fishermen that lean out on the clean sea of the gulf. The country develops it along the coast, there are so many places whether to eat or whether to make an appetizer waiting that the sun sunsets. A very positive particularity of this place is the temperature, in the daytime the sun is very warm, insured tan, while in the evening there is always a pleasant breeze sea and little damp, in few words it is a perfect climate to spend the summer vacations.

The lovers of the two wheels "to pedals" can directly cross kilometers of cycle footsteps on the sea, also we are brought the bicycles from Milan there, it's possible to directly pedal in wood on the sea, really very pleasant, it can stop us to make the bath in any moment, or it can stop us to eat some savory dish of the croatian cuisine in the different places on the sea that meet it, naturally the whole zone of the cycle footstep is interdicted to the vehicles to motor. Particularity is really the presence of the wood that exactly ends where they begin the beaches or the rock-clifves. The green landscape of the vegetation, the sea blue or green emerald, the calm, the noise of the waves of the sea that break it, is absolutely indescribable.

To few kilometers from Mali Losinj there is another small country, Veli Losinj, the "Portofino" of the island of Losinj. It develops inside an inlet in the coast, almost as it was a small "Norwegian fiord", there are here also so many attractions for the tourists, ice-cream shops, pizzas and restaurants with the tables to few more than 2 meters from the sea. The evening to taste flat of fish and to taste the croatian traditional cuisine sat in "shore to the sea" it's very romantic and amusing, also because in attends it that is served you in table, you can be thrown in sea pieces of bread and to see to arrive many fishes that to ways of "piranha" they disintegrate in an instant what is thrown them. Thanks to the favorable change we are made some hearty meal to base of fish spending there really few, flat very abundant and very tall quality.

From both the countries, every morning, depart some boats that offer to the tourists of the trips in boat, we have participated in two of these with the boat Burin, depart always from Mali Losinj. The first trip in boat has allowed us to reach some near islands, even more small, the most famous are that of Ilovik and that of Orjule, during the run in boat we have been able to make some baths in the zones of clear and very beautiful sea, as if we had been inside a swimming pool. With the second trip we have reached the neighbor island of Susak, where a great beach of black sand there is. To eat on the boat, fish and vegetables to the grate is very amusing and few is spent, we recommend it to you. The trip to Ilovik is marvelous, while that to Susak we dissuade you, we have found this sad island and not very clean.

Among the most beautiful beaches where we have made the bath we signal you, the beach of Cikat and the beach of Rovenska, are free beaches of white pebbles, you equip with local to be able to eat something or to be able to mend from the sun in the warmest hours of the day. Besides the mask and to the towel it absolutely needs to remember to bring some rubber scarpettes, because to be able to enter sea often needs to walk on some stones or situated rock-clifves under water, that is slippery and at times also sharp. It's is a very beautiful vacation, we have used the car very little, because the distances among the interesting places are very brief, used above all in the evening to reach the small restaurants or the ice-cream shops whether to spend some pleasant moments.

The apartment "Atila" where we were lodged, it was perfect, equipped with everything the necessary to spend the vacation in the best of the ways, us personally the kitchen we have used it few times, every morning, only to prepare us the coffee for the breakfast, in fact to lunch and supper we have always gone "out", there are permitted of the beautiful hearty meal of fish, thanks to the very low prices. The sea is stupendous, clean and calm. The cycle footstep in the wood, along the sea it's sensational. Let's recommend absolutely you to see this island, let's be sure that won't disappoint you, is a place where a fantastic vacation can be spent of sea !!
